Delete your account & data
You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time. It is your right and it is easy.
Two ways to delete
Fastest
In the app
- 1Open Settings
- 2Tap "Delete my account"
- 3Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email
By email
- 1Send an email to support@cleanerflowagenda.com with the subject 'Delete my account.'
- 2Write from the email address linked to your account, if you added one, so we can confirm it is you.
- 3We will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
Note: if you saved an email for account recovery, deleting your account also removes that recovery option.
