Cookies and storage
Last updated: August 24, 2026Version 2
The app does not use cookies β that is a browser thing. What it does is keep things on your phone so it works offline and does not ask you the same question twice. Here is everything it keeps, and how to erase it.
1. Your agenda, on your phone
- A database on the device holds your cleanings, clients, homes, quotes, checklists and supplies. This is what makes the app work with no signal. The same information also syncs to your account, so it is not only here.
2. Small settings
- Your session token (so you stay signed in), your language, your reminder preferences, and a few marks such as whether you have already seen the welcome and the tour. Small, and only on your device.
3. What goes out, and to whom
- Anonymous usage events and crash reports go to our own database, so we can see what is broken. A push token goes to Google Firebase, which is what lets a notification reach your phone. An address you type goes to OpenStreetMapβs Nominatim to become map coordinates. Nothing goes to an advertising company, because there is not one here.
4. How to erase it
- Uninstalling the app erases the copy stored on the phone, but your agenda comes back when you sign in again β it is in your account. To erase it for good, use Settings β Delete my account. Turning off notifications or location in your phone settings stops those at any time, without deleting anything.
