Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026Version 2
This Policy is part of the Terms. It is short on purpose: most of it is about not putting other people at risk with the data you keep here, and not breaking the app for everyone else.
1. One account, and it is yours
- Do not share your password, do not lend access, do not sell or transfer the account, and do not create several accounts for yourself. Your agenda holds other peopleβs addresses β an account that changes hands is a real risk to them.
2. Only store what you have the right to store
- Save a clientβs details because you serve that client β not to build a list to sell, rent or pass along. Never store documents, social security numbers, card numbers, alarm codes, where the key is hidden, or photos of people. If a client asks to be removed, remove them.
3. The templates are a starting point, not legal advice
- The service agreement, the cancellation policy and the message templates are drafts to save you time. They are not written for your state, your situation or your client. Read before sending, change what does not fit, and get a lawyer for anything that matters.
4. Do not use the app to bother anyone
- The message and quote tools exist to talk to a client who is expecting you. Do not use them for spam, chain messages, threats, harassment or debt collection pressure. Sending a quote is not permission to keep writing to someone who asked you to stop.
5. Do not attack the app
- No scraping, no reverse engineering, no bypassing authentication or usage limits, no overloading the service, no bots, and no reaching for another personβs data. If you find a security flaw, write to security@cleanerflowagenda.com instead of using it β reporting in good faith is never punished.
6. What happens if you break this
- Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove content, suspend the account or close it β immediately, and without notice, in cases of fraud or risk to another person. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@cleanerflowagenda.com: a person reviews every decision.
